The Signature Program is LEADERship Ashtabula County’s flagship leadership experience, bringing together professionals
from across the county to better understand how our community works, and how to lead within it.

Attendance & Commitment

Participation in the Opening Retreat is mandatory.
-
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled program days, in addition to the opening retreat.
-
Program days typically run from 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
-
80% attendance is required for graduation.
-
Partial-day attendance may be recorded as an absence.
Communication & Participation
-
The LEADERship Ashtabula County office must be notified prior to or immediately following any absence.
-
Each class member serves on a planning committee for one program day and is expected to actively participate in planning and execution.
Tuition & Financial Support

Tuition: $2,400 for the program year.

Tuition includes all program-related costs, such as:

Overnight retreat

Meals

Materials & supplies

Transportation (bus fees)
