About LEADERship Ashtabula County

LEADERship Ashtabula County has been helping Ashtabula County residents grow and become engaged with the community since 1989.  It is our goal to encourage, educate, and stimulate individuals of all ages to become more familiar with, more interested in, and engaged in all facets of civic endeavor that affect Ashtabula County citizens.

Through both adult and high school programs, LEADERship reaches a wide range of individuals with diverse backgrounds and qualifications.  The diversity of our students and topics helps ensure our programs are helpful, relevant, and continually improving.

Our Mission

We encourage, educate, and stimulate individuals of all ages to become more familiar with, more interested in, and engaged in all facets of civic endeavor that affect county citizens.
