LEADERship Ashtabula County has been helping Ashtabula County residents grow and become engaged with the community since 1989.  We aim to encourage, educate, and stimulate individuals of all ages to become more familiar with, more interested in, and engaged in all facets of civic endeavor that affect Ashtabula County citizens.

Through adult and high school programs, LEADERship can reach individuals with unique backgrounds and qualifications.  The diversity of our students and topics helps to guarantee that our programs are helpful, relevant, and continually improving.
