Youth LEADERship is open to students who will be entering 11th grade in August 2026 and who attend school or live in Ashtabula County.

The Application Process
Applying to Youth LEADERship is simple. There are TWO REQUIRED STEPS, and both must be completed for your application to be considered.
Youth Leadership Scholarship
Need help with tuition? Scholarships are available thanks to community and corporate support. You can apply for the scholarship at the same time as your Youth LEADERship application.
