Who Can Apply

Youth LEADERship is open to students who will be entering 11th grade in August 2026 and who attend school or live in Ashtabula County.

The Application Process

Applying to Youth LEADERship is simple. There are TWO REQUIRED STEPS, and both must be completed for your application to be considered.

Step 1: Online Application

Complete the Youth LEADERship online application.

Step 2: Required Forms

Submit all required program forms.

Youth Leadership Scholarship

Update: Scholarship applications will be provided to individuals after they have been accepted into the program.
