 Apply to the Youth Leadership Program  2024 - 2025

The application is open to any student who will be in 11th grade in August 2024. The application deadline is May 15, 2024.

There are (2) components to the application.  All must be completed for consideration.

​

Please note that invoices for the $400.00 tuition will be issued upon notification of acceptance.

To apply for the 2024 - 2025 scholarship, you must complete the following forms. Please note that the scholarship application can be completed alongside the program application form:

  • Letter of Reference from an adult in your life of no relation.

Youth Leadership Scholarship

The Youth Leadership Scholarship is funded by community corporate donations.

Reference letters should be directed to Kelli Jones at kelli@leadershipac.org or mailed to P.O. Box 643 Ashtabula, Oh. 44005.

The DEADLINE for the Youth Leadership Scholarship for the 2024 - 2025 program is  June 30, 2024.
